Section 59 — Punishment for unsafe food (FSS Act, 2006)

Section 59 वह Provision है जो Households को नाम से जानना चाहिए जब Dairy Adulteration से असली नुकसान हो। यह Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 के under Unsafe Food की सज़ा से जुड़ा है — सिर्फ Doodhwala के साथ “Society Dispute” नहीं।

Orientation भाषा (Legal Advice नहीं): जब Food Unsafe हो और Injury/Death Follow करे, Act Graded Imprisonment और Fines contemplate करता है — सबसे गंभीर Band में Life Imprisonment और ₹10 Lakh तक। Kitchen Strip Photos Complaint का Cause बनाते हैं; FSO Sampling और Lab Reports Formal Spine बनाते हैं।

अस्पष्ट Iodine Pad को Jail Sentence मत बनाएँ। Date, Vendor Identity, Purchase Proof, Witnessed CLR/Strips Document करें, और Persistent Chemical Fraud / Harm पर District FSO से शांति से Escalate करें।

Sections 51 & 52 — Substandard & misbranded food

ज़्यादातर Society Milk Fights यहीं से शुरू होती हैं — Life-Imprisonment Headlines से नहीं। Section 51 (Substandard) और Section 52 (Misbranded) Watered/Diluted या गलत बताई Dairy को Cover करते हैं जो “Pure / Full Cream / Farm Fresh” के नाम पर बिकती है।

Residents के लिए: Full-Cream Claim पर लगातार Low CLR, या Starch वाला Paneer as Milk-Solids — पहले Standards/Misbranding Story होती है। Penalties आमतौर पर Monetary (Facts के हिसाब से ₹5 Lakh तक) — Document होने पर Vendor Behaviour बदल सकती हैं।

Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — unsafe goods & product liability

Consumer Protection Act, 2019 FSSAI के साथ चलती है। जब Dairy Unsafe या Deficient Product/Service हो, Residents Consumer Commissions Pursue कर सकते हैं — Sellers और Modern Supply Chains में Aggregators/Platforms तक।
