Subject: Community Milk Purity Drive & Vendor Audit
Dear Residents,
Ensuring the health and safety of our families begins with the everyday staples delivered to our doorsteps. In partnership with DoodhwalaRating.com, the RWA is initiating an objective, transparent Milk Purity & Delivery Audit across all towers.
Whether you receive loose milk from local vendors or packaged deliveries, we invite all residents to participate in our upcoming spot-check campaign.
1. Community Milk Check Camp (Clubhouse Entrance Desk)
- Date & Time
- Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Venue
- Clubhouse Entrance Desk
- Testing Kit
- Digital ultrasonic analyzers & FSSAI-standard adulteration strips
Bring a fresh 50 ml unboiled sample in a clean container. Our volunteer desk will test the sample in under 60 seconds for:
- Water dilution / specific gravity (lactometer / CLR)
- Added urea & chemical neutralizers
- Detergent & starch adulterants
2. Consumer Knowledge & Kitchen Screens
Residents are encouraged to use the free dairy safety resources at DoodhwalaRating.com/knowledge — adulteration tests for milk, paneer, curd, and ghee, plus FSSAI rights and NABL / FSO escalation paths — before and after society purity desks.
3. Recommended Gate-Pass Guidelines
Loose milk delivery agents seeking unhindered gate-pass access are expected to meet these objective minima (educational standard — adopt / adapt by the Managing Committee):
- Minimum Purity Trust Score (PTS) 4.5 / 5.0 on society audit logs
- Verified CLR ≥ 28 (cow) and ≥ 30 (buffalo), unboiled sample
- 100% negative chemical test strips (zero urea, detergent, or neutralizers)
Routes that consistently meet these benchmarks may receive a Verified Purity notation on DoodhwalaRating.com society audit logs and priority green-lane security gate entry.
Issued in the interest of resident health and transparent community standards.
